COVID-19 Guidelines

Red Wing Arts Fall Festival 2022

Red Wing Arts is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment in which to conduct our 2022 Red Wing Arts Fall Festival.

We are following current guidelines from the CDC, Minnesota Department of Health, OSHA, and the City of Red Wing. If the guidelines change before October 8 & 9, 2022, appropriate changes will be made and we will make the public aware.

The Fall Festival is an outdoor event with ample space for people to move about. Red Wing Arts staff, committee members, volunteers, artists, festival goers, and staff are all responsible for implementing this plan.

Masks will be encouraged, but will not be required.

Current Guidelines are as follows:

  1. All participants are encouraged to be fully vaccinated, if possible, to prevent contracting and spreading COVID-19. Masks and hand sanitizer will be available.

  2. All participants should use hand sanitizer or wash hands frequently prior to placing hands in mouths/eating.

  3. If a participant is not feeling well, they should not attend the Festival.

  4. Festival artists and vendors will use best practices to promote safe interaction in their booth space. This may mean encouraging visitors not to congregate in tight groups in booths.

  5. Pre-Festival marketing and messaging communicates to artists, staff, and the public that masks are encouraged and that if you don’t feel well, to not attend the Festival.
